The reason is a weed wacker is machine, and rotom taking over a spray bottle makes no sense.

But weed wacker being poisonous doesn't sound right either. it serves the same purpose as Mow Form.

I like the idea of Hijnks, but the only reason they did not evolve Jynx is because Jynx was too strong.

They could only do that with one stage pokemon since pokemon can only have three stages.

In reference to the deviantart page, what would be the point of an alternate evolution that accomplishes.... the exact same thing? Granted, nice drawing.

As for ideas... I can't say I ever had any. I remember reading a fanfiction that had Pikachu having a natural evolution called Tenchu. That was an amazing read and one of the reasons I started on my own fanfiction (which I finally finished! *flex*)
