...Dragon Claw? Seriously? Charizard is not a pokemon to be mix-sweeping, and having TWO fire moves is a complete waste, almost as much as that "move to beat weak pokemon."

I mean seriously, I could beat that setup you have with a Ninetales, and Ninetales is horrible.

EVs are certain values that after battling certain pokemon, you gain them. Every 4 gets you a 1 point stat bost upon that pokemon´s next level up. IVs are bacicly just how to tell base stats from actual stats.

A good start. But, you should learn the mechanics of moves instead of just trying to gung-ho it with powerful moves. A lot of moves look good on paper, but in the real thing, they can be quite a letdown.
