I tried to look up the location of the Ominous Wind tutor, as it was listed in the "Platinum Tutorable moves" list for haunter. Well, I'm assembling my ultimate team and that's a little hard without the moves I need. Please, how do I fix this???

1. There's a tutor that loves Blue Shards on Route 212 near the mud.
2. There's a tutor that loves Yellow Shards in Snowpoint City to the northeast(top-right if you're not map-savvy)
3. The last tutor loves Red Shards and is to the north of the Survival Area. You must have Rock Climb to reach him.

To answer your sig, vampboy, I see both sides at the same time. I think it's 45/55 good and evil respectively. I'm an asshole at times, but the 45ness tries its best to stand out due to me asking for forgiveness because of how impulsive I am.
