Wow, major bummer. One of my brother's mates lost his copy of Diamond on a road trip, then ended up playing through Sapphire cause that's all he had. He waited for soooo long to get Platinum, and a couple of days after he got it, some dude broke into his car and stole his DS which had Platinum inside...

The only consolation is that he had taken Sapphire out that morning, so he still has that game. When I heard bout it, I was almost heartbroken myself, such a sad tale lol... poor guy.

Automerged:
Hmm, getting a little off topic, lol.... sorry :P

I'm in the process of training up a Machamp now (to re-do my old one, but this time it's gonna be Adamant, not whatever it was before). I think I change around too quickly, aside from the Medicham and Lucario that I've kept for a while. :P I got a surprise too - that when the first Machop hatched from the egg, it had Toxic, Rock Slide, and Payback hahaha... I didn't know thats how the egg-breeding moves worked :D

My original team plan would've rocked. But then I realized that I couldn't possible obtain the pokemon with the move sets required for my team (all because I didn't have emerald). I'll post the team I wanted to use, and the team that I did use later.

Bite

Nidoqueen/Jolly/Poison Point/Expert Belt
EQ
Aerial Ace
Toxic Spikes
Ice Beam

Kangaskhan/Adamant/Scrappy/Choice Band(max happiness)

Sucker Punch

Blissey/Modest/Serene Grace/Leftovers
Flamethrower
Softboiled
Ice Beam
Charge Beam

The amount of ego flaunting on the last three pages has been very amusing to read. Needless to say, Pidgeot, Nidoking and Dragonite are far from unbeatable.

Hint: Glaceon owns you.

Why Glaceon? Isn't it slow?
You know how you used to always want to be a superhero, or you wanted video game characters to be real? Just think about how horrible it would be. Every day would be chaos because something would wreak havoc, or some sick narcissistic madman would try to conquer the world with his legion of evil.

Choice Scarf. That, and Choice Specs are very good Glaceon items.

Yet another team of mine:

Weavile - hasty - focus sash - pressure
fake out, counter, night slash, ice punch

Starmie - modest - choice specs - natural cure
surf, psychic, ice beam, thunderbolt

Lucario - jolly - life orb - steadfast
close combat, extreme speed, crunch, swords dance

Blissey - bold - leftovers - natural cure
flamethrower, toxic, softboiled, substitute

Salamance - jolly - yache berry - intimidate
dragon dance, dragon claw, stone edge, EQ

Scizor - adamant - occa berry - technician
brick break, X-scissor, bullet punch, swords dance

some of these pokemon, salamance and scizor, are remakes from previous ones. And yes, komepelu, starmie was inspired by you. After losing because of it, I did research, and developed my own. If it is exactly like yours, sorry - this one, other than the timid starmie, was the best one possible.

Wow, very nice, at least from a quick glance. Let me start off first by saying that your Weavile would almost definitely score a kill against my usual team, as I tend to use very heavy hitters. Counter is something I don't see often, especially on such frail Pokemon. However, and I believe you'll want to take this into consideration, if your team uses Tyranitar or starts with a Hippowdon, Weavile's utility becomes neutered. You'll want to watch out for Sandstorm and environmental hazards.

Quote:
Weavile - hasty - focus sash - pressure
fake out, counter, night slash, ice punch
As I said, very nice starter. Your speed will catch a lot of things off guard. However, Weavile's strength is not as powerful as one might think. My own Weavile failed to 2HKO a Hippowdon I raised for my friend, even after a Swords Dance. It was embarassing. If you don't have a sure 2HKO on a special user, switch out.

Starmie - modest - choice specs - natural cure
surf, psychic, ice beam, thunderbolt
I'd personally replace Psychic with Grass Knot. Psychic will hit hard, but a lot of Pokemon resist it. Grass is the better attacking type, in my opinion. You'd be able to hit 4x weaks really hard (Swampert, especially). Good job on the ability. If Starmie is too slow in your environment, don't be afraid to use a Choice Scarf.

Lucario - jolly - life orb - steadfast
close combat, extreme speed, crunch, swords dance
I'm wondering how often you'd be able to get off a Swords Dance with Lucario. Of course, it depends on your environment, but Lucario's not a sturdy Pokemon, though his resistances are nice. The moveset is solid, but beware of anything that resists Fighting. Gyarados, especially, will give you some trouble, here. You may want to consider Stone Edge somewhere.

Blissey - bold - leftovers - natural cure
flamethrower, toxic, softboiled, substitute
I can't see Substitute being terribly useful for Blissey. With Choice Specs and Life Orb, a lot of special Pokemon can hit harder than 25% nowadays. I would personally replace it with Calm Mind for a stronger Flamethrower and more resistance to special attacks. I understand your attrition strategy, but it would work a lot better with Spikes on your end. In the end, Blissey doesn't seem to fit the team which, so far, has a lot of fast, relatively frail sweepers.

Salamance - jolly - yache berry - intimidate
dragon dance, dragon claw, stone edge, EQ
This Pokemon seems to compete with Lucario in terms of role, and I honestly think Salamence would do an overall better job. Dragon Dance, in my opinion, is superior to Swords Dance. Great movepool. Watch out for random bulky things with Ice attacks. Yache Berry is great, but don't underestimate a move as benign as Icy Wind.

Scizor - adamant - occa berry - technician
brick break, X-scissor, bullet punch, swords dance
Like Salamence and Lucario, Scizor has the same role. It's moveset is solid and very painful to those ill-equipped for it. I do fear, though, that once a weakness is exploited, you'll have a hard time recovering.

Team Strengths: It has great resistances and can hit extremely hard, even without setup. If a Pokemon is given the chance to setup, a sweep is almost guaranteed. Your team will take advantage of those that try to stall or setup, and has reasonable resistance sandstorm tactics.

Team Weaknesses: No single Pokemon is really capable of dealing with mixed Pokemon, especially those that carry Fire-type attacks. You've only two resistances for your three weaknesses. This can be overcome with adequate prediction, but you'll have to be on the ball. Your berries will help you once, but after that, they're done. Don't rely on them. Also, several of your Pokemon are poweful, but slow. You'll be very vulnerable to players who want to use Choice Scarf'd Pokemon. Watch out for burns. You've so many physical Pokemon that Will-O-Wisp would be devastating, especially if you're forced to switch and lose your buffs.

Wow, I'm rusty at this ;x

1-10 rates don't really work for me. They don't give you tips on how to improve and they don't give insights to strategy.

Go ahead and post your intended moves and items, natures if you want (but aren't needed). I'll give you as indepth a review as I can to hopefully help your team be the best it can by while maintaining its particular flavor.

As a note to people who don't know me, I will never recommend a new Pokemon to your team unless that particular advice is requested. Everyone should play with Pokemon they enjoy and you'll automatically play better with strategies you watch evolve rather than strategies you mimic from someone else. For example, I will *never* use Suicune, Raikou or Entei. I just don't like those Pokemon (for some unexplainable reason).

I don't know the moves or anything...right now they're only at level 7-8. That's gonna be my team at level 100. Sorry. You'll probably have to wait 'till they're are at level 50-70. I'll play as much as possible, Gojithefox, so you can give me a relevant walkthrough. Thanks so much.

Too bad you missed Curse, I find that it's great on Grotle. Lose absorb or Bullet Seed for bite when you can, and lose Tackle for cut or strength.
So, google bombs don't work any more.

You should still download software to make your computer cure cancer.
